01 Agent builds
A people advisory cabinet
4 agents in production

Four agents doing the work behind the work.

Client conversations were being retyped into records, notes were scattered, and the prep for each mandate started from nothing. Four agents now carry meetings into structured records, draft the recurring client documents, and keep the practice moving between sessions. The cabinet runs them without me.

02 Compensation bands
A distributed hiring company
12 roles banded

Pay decisions you can explain.

Every salary had been set in its own conversation, so nobody could answer why two people doing the same job sat in different places. Levels and bands replaced the negotiating, and the logic behind them is written down. When diligence asks how comp is decided, there is a document rather than a founder trying to remember.

03 AI enablement
A biotech company
3 hours to a running agent

Enablement that ends with agents running.

The team wanted to use AI on its own work instead of watching another demo. The pilot ran on live tasks: everyone at a keyboard, building on the day's work, measured on what people used afterwards rather than what they said in the room. By the end the team had working agents and the habits to change them.
